Dwight Howard collected a double-double with 21 points and 15 rebounds, helping the Orlando Magic to a 120-106 season-opening victory against the Philadelphia 76ers Wednesday night.
Orlando covered the 10-point spread, while the 226 points sailed OVER the posted total of 194.
Vince Carter and Jason Williams added 15 points for the Magic. Marreese Speights had 26 points in the loss for the 76ers.
